Dr. Ramakrishnan is an American Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine & Sleep Medicine & also has a Master’s degree in Medical Management (MMM) from University of Southern California. He is a Fellow of American College of Physicians (FACP), American College of Chest Physicians (FCCM), American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM) and Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (FISCCM). He has been practicing Critical Care Medicine for over 18 years and Sleep Medicine for over 16 years. He is currently Senior Consultant in Critical Care & Sleep Medicine and Director, Critical Care Services for Apollo Group of Hospitals. He established Nithra Institute of Sleep Sciences in 2004 which is the first- of-its- kind freestanding comprehensive sleep center. The Institute prides itself with being the first institution to offer University affiliated post-doctoral fellowship in Sleep Medicine and also being the first Sleep Center to be accredited by National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Organizations (NABG).
Dr. Ramakrishnan is currently Vice Chancellor of Indian College of Critical Care Medicine, the academic wing of Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is the Immediate Past President of Indian Sleep Disorders Association (ISDA) and has been involved in designing the Indian Diploma in Sleep Medicine.
He was honored with fellowship amongst the first group of Sleep Medicine specialists in 2011 and also received Philips ISDA Oration. Dr. N. Ramakrishnan is keen on educating healthcare professionals and the general public on sleep problems and has authored books in Tamil and participates in healthcare awareness programs of print and visual media.

She also completed Certificate Course in Pallitive Medicine ( IAPC), European Diploma in Intensive Care (ESICM), Indian Diploma in Intensive Care (ISCCM), Fellowship in Neuroanesthesia & Neurocritical Care- Walton Centre of Neurosciences, Liverpool, UK. (RCOA), Diplomate of National Board Anestheiology & MD Anesthesia & Intensive Care PGIMER Chandigarh 1994-2000- MBBS Utkal University.

Dr. Swagata Tripathy is currently working as Associate Professor in Department of Anesthesia at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. She has established / improved Emergency and Critical Careservices in all previous places of work. At AIIMS took up QI initiative in ICU- Improved Resource Utilisation by > 150%; Decreased Hospital Acquired Infection by >40% over last 2 years.
