Our registry welcomes participation from motivated Intensive Care Units across the country. Our agenda and focus is on the continuous evaluation and improvement of outcomes from Critical Illness across ICUs. The registry currently has 25 ICUs with more than 20,000 patients and is constantly expanding.

The Randomized Embedded Multifactorial Adaptive Platform (or REMAP: https://www.remapcap.org/) is now embedded in IRIS and so far has enrolled over 175 patients.
